"Tired Isn't Lazy" is a digital product delivered as a single package (PDF guide and accompanying MP3 audio files).

No refunds for digital products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction with content, as the product is delivered immediately upon purchase.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that:

• the product is delivered immediately after payment, and
• once access to the digital files is provided, you lose the statutory right to cancel, where applicable.

Technical issues (only exception)

Refunds or replacements may be provided only if:

• the files cannot be accessed, or
• the files are materially corrupted or unusable.
